Mother

MOTHER is a series of portraits of mothers without their children. In both my research and my own personal experience, the role of the mother in our society in undervalued and the image institutionalised.

This very personal project is a way to bring to the surface the individuality that gets pushed to the side and ignored after we take on our new role as mothers.
